Domestic Shipping/ International

UPS Ground /UPS International 5-7 days.

 

International shipping

Our online store does not currently have outside of the US shipping.

However, you can still place an order and inquire about international shipping rate by sending an email to info@lonzashoes.com

Note: If you are ordering from outside the U.S., you may be responsible for custom duties as per your local laws. 

 

We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.

RETURN

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from LonzaShoes.com, your unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the date the order was delivered. Returns must be unworn and sent back with all of the original packaging. Any returns received with visible wear are subject to a restocking fee.

We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase, this does not cover normal wear and tear.

 

Return Process with a Prepaid Label (only around the US)

You can manage your return at our RETURN CENTER. A fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost when you use a prepaid return label provided from LonzaShoes.com. 

  1. Get your return label here: RETURN CENTER
  2. Pack the item(s) to be returned in a shipping box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
  3. Once your package arrives it takes about 7-10 business days to process. A $8.00 fee will be charged for the use of the return label.
  4. We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping.
