Sizing Information

We convert the measurements of each insole to the American sizes, and as a result some models can run smaller or bigger. Unfortunately there’s no possibility to make the EU and US sizing be absolutely same according to the size chart, but the US size will always match the measurements of the insole. We recommend to use our size chart as a instruction of measuring the insole. You can always contact our customer support service to choose the most comfortable size.

Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of delivery may be reviewed by our support team. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by regular use.
