To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: For our Final Sale collection, please note that we do not accept returns. However, exchanges are available, and delivery charges may apply.

How to Measure your Feet at Home

1. Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper.
2. Place the paper on a flat surface. 
3. STAND on the line with your heel and longest toe centered. If measuring a child's foot, it may be easier to hold the paper up to their foot.
4. Place a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel.
5. Repeat steps above for the other foot.
6. Measure the distance between the marks. Taking the larger of the two measurements.
7. Use the brand-specific size chart to find your correct size.
